Our commitment to accessibility on this website, and how to report a barrier if you encounter one.
Code Industrial is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology. We design and develop against EN 301 549, which references WCAG 2.1 level AA, as our working target. This site is a new build under active development, and no formal third-party accessibility audit has been completed. This statement therefore describes our commitment and current practice rather than a declared level of conformance.
Colour contrast checked across the palette, keyboard-operable navigation and interactive components, a semantic heading structure, text alternatives for meaningful images, visible focus states, and forms with labels and error messages that are announced to assistive technology. This is the same standard we apply to client projects, described in industrial website accessibility.
No formal accessibility audit of this website has been carried out yet, so we cannot present a verified list of conformance gaps. Areas we are aware may need further work include third-party embedded content, video material without captions or transcripts, and complex interactive components. This section will be updated with specific findings once an audit has been completed.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please tell us through our contact page or by email at info@code-industrial.com. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if that is relevant. We will acknowledge your message and tell you how we intend to address it.
This statement covers this website only. It is not a legal conformance declaration for any particular organisation, product or service, and it does not constitute legal advice. Whether a formal accessibility obligation applies to your own organisation — for example under the European Accessibility Act — should be determined with appropriate legal counsel.
